Chris was serving a neighbor across the street and he was informed by the neighbor that I would like to request his company's services. Chris came right over after he was done with my neighbor, and sprayed my yard to begin getting rid of the cockroaches and other bugs. He was professional and friendly and quick with his services. I called Western on Friday and they were able to send someone out on Monday! I initially just needed a quote for a one time spray around the outside of my home. Scott was on time (actually early, and called to make sure that was okay) super friendly & gave a reasonable price, so I was happy to have him go ahead and perform the service.
