Is Western Pest Control part of a larger company?
No, Western Pest Control of Southern Utah is an independent, locally-owned business and is not affiliated with Western Pest Services (a Rollins company) or Western Exterminator (a Rentokil company).
2. Scheduling & Rescheduling
Can you service my home in the rain?
Yes! Many products are moisture-activated and work better in wet weather. If the rain is too heavy, we’ll notify you and offer to reschedule.

We’ll contact you to reschedule for a time when access is available.

Can I skip this month’s service?

3. Billing & Payments
Why was I billed but no service was performed that day?
Billing is independent of service dates. Monthly autopayments are processed on your chosen date (1st or 15th).
How do I update my payment method?
Contact us by phone or text to update your card or payment info. You can also access your customer portal via My Account located at the top right of our website.
What if I have a past due balance?
We’ll reach out to help you resolve it. Flexible solutions are available if you’re experiencing hardship.
Are there late fees?
A late fee of 5% per month may be charged after 30 days of non-payment.

What happens during the first visit?

What is included in the HomeGuard plan?
HomeGuard is our bi-monthly (every two months) plan. You get reminders before each visit and unlimited warranty visits between scheduled services at no extra cost.

Do you offer gopher control?
Yes, but only for regular pest control customers. We recommend combining gopher treatment with our HomeGuard plan.
What is grub control and how much does it cost?
Grubs are beetle larvae that damage lawns. Treatments start at ~$200/year with most properties covered under this price.
What does a termite inspection include?
A free termite inspection is included with HomeGuard plans. It involves a thorough risk assessment, checking for activity, damage, and conducive conditions.

If you cancel before the end of your agreement, you may need to reimburse any discounts received at initial service.
How are disputes resolved?
We aim to resolve issues through direct communication. If necessary, disputes may be handled through mediation or arbitration in Utah, or in small claims court.
