I love this company. I rescheduled with W.P.C. for Tuesday afternoon and completely spaced I had a pool party scheduled. I was out and about running errands when I received a phone call from Brett wondering if we should reschedule again. I apologized multiple times on the phone because I was so embarrassed.

He reassured me that it was completely understandable, that he would take care of it, and I shouldn't think another thing about it.

Sure enough - the next morning Tyler showed up the very next morning with a smile on his ready to help in any way he could.

Professional, thorough and texts in advance to ask if we need anything looked at. Western has been great to work with, you won't be disappointed.

Happy to report they did a fine job. Office staff and Technician were better than expected. Nice to see that some service companies still know how to treat people. Use them.

Kyle lamb was great. He texted me to let me know he was on his way so I could be aware. When he showed up I was looking for my dog and he offered to help.

We have been getting service for over a year and have been happy with it. We had to get a call back for ants, and Tyler came the next day and left some bait traps. He did a good job of explaining how they work, so all we have to do is wait and see if they do the job. I'm sure they probably will.
