I have used this company for about 4 years. Recently I moved homes and asked to transfer my services. The Tech Adam was who previously sprayed my home and I absolutely loved the quality of the service and his professionalism and speed. I have kids in the home and my house isn’t always spotless and he never made me feel judged. He takes off his shoes when entering.

This same tech is who will spray my new home and we couldn’t be more happy.

Western Pest does it, again! They came to another one of our properties within just an hour or so to deal with a new issue. The property had been “offline” since January (our fault), but they got everything turned back on and their pest professional Chris did a complete interior and exterior treatment. Chris was just as nice as everyone at Western!

Kyle Lamb was very prompt and helpful in isolating an issue and providing information as to the possible treatments available!

Brennan is amazing. He went the extra mile to make sure we are getting the care we need. He is very knowledgeable in what he is doing and makes sure you understand everything.

Whichever tech shows up, they are always professional, on time and do a great job. Chris always does an outstanding job, I wish he was always our tech.
