We have been using Western Pest Control for going on 3 years now and EVERY person that I have ever spoken with at the company has always gone out of their way with providing top notch customer service and unmatched professionalism. They are all SO nice. Silver, the tech. that sprays our home is so incredibly nice and has even pulled my garbages out of the street and put them away for me after spraying my house on garbage day! He always goes above and beyond.

Silver is our technician. He is always on time, works fast and efficiently, extremely polite and professional young man. We really appreciate that he was pro-active with wearing a mask, and that he listened to my concerns about my many, many allergies and chemical sensitivities, and helped find ways to avoid causing me to get sick from the ant spray while still getting the ants under control on our property.
