Scott, my technician is amazing! He took care of all my concerns and I haven’t found any live cockroaches since he came to my home! I appreciate the texts before he comes asking if we have seen any insect activity. Great company!

Scott Carroll is the best pest control technician ever. He was more than willing to do add ons right on the spot such as the whole interior of the house since we were just leaving. Since we had Western Pest Control take over, we have literally seen no pests inside or out. I'm not kidding you...Our old company used to spray something that would literally attract the scorpions for a few days after they were gone. Huge difference with Scott...can't say enough great things about him starting with an amazing attitude.

Chris was prompt, courteous, and took time to explain the "Bug world" in the area and what to expect following the spraying and follow-up treatment and additional coverages listed in the agreement. Enjoyed working with him.
