Jay did a great job in taking care of all those pesky pests. He was very professional in his interaction with me. I watched while he sprayed around the perimeter of the house, the yard, the walls, etc. Thank you, Jay, for taking the time to do all of this.

I called Western on Friday and they were able to send someone out on Monday! I initially just needed a quote for a one time spray around the outside of my home. Scott was on time (actually early, and called to make sure that was okay) super friendly & gave a reasonable price, so I was happy to have him go ahead and perform the service. Great customer service from beginning to end!

Tyler did a good job spraying our home. He was good about calling before he serviced like requested and sprayed along our house to keep it bug free!

The Tech Adam was who previously sprayed my home and I absolutely loved the quality of the service and his professionalism and speed. I have kids in the home and my house isn’t always spotless and he never made me feel judged. He takes off his shoes when entering.
