We called Western Pest control to come out and inspect our termite issues. Dealing with the office and setting up an appointment was painless. Adam Trusell came out and met with us and performed an insect and termite inspection. He was extremely thorough with his inspection and explanation of options for treatment and prevention. We ended up going with the Sentricon Baiting System for termite prevention. Thank you Adam for giving us options and taking the time to explain them. We will be using Western Pest Control for now on!

Adam was very knowledgeable and professional. I liked that the inspection was free. Another company wanted to charge $100 and then I would get a credit if I signed up for their service. Adam and I decided that the problem was too minor to service at this time. I would definitely use them when I have a need in the future.
