I called Western on Friday and they were able to send someone out on Monday! I initially just needed a quote for a one time spray around the outside of my home. Scott was on time (actually early, and called to make sure that was okay) super friendly & gave a reasonable price, so I was happy to have him go ahead and perform the service. Great customer service from beginning to end!

My wife and I have enjoyed having Western Pest Control spraying our house. We have been using them for 5 years now. Our technician Ronald Hutchison was so very helpful. We were able to explain to him we were not home (doorbell camera) and we have dogs in the backyard where he would be spraying. He gave us comfort explaining he is a dog person, and he would keep them safe while he was there. He went the extra mile and used the gates on the both sides of the house. Thank you Ronald!

Cris Hill sprayed around our property for a variety of insects. He came to the door and explained what he was going to do, and proceeded to spray around the house, our patio and the rocks.
