The technician, Silver Beatty, was very professional and knowledgeable. He went through our house, evaluated our situation and proposed a solution. We immediately chose to use Western's services. Very pleased with Silver.

Scott Carroll is the best pest control technician ever. He was more than willing to do add ons right on the spot such as the whole interior of the house since we were just leaving. Since we had Western Pest Control take over, we have literally seen no pests inside or out. I'm not kidding you...Our old company used to spray something that would literally attract the scorpions for a few days after they were gone. Huge difference with Scott...can't say enough great things about him starting with an amazing attitude.

We have continual service from them and it is always fantastic, if we have any problems in between regular services they will come out ASAP to take care of it. They are kind and professional snd we have been very happy. Brett has been an especially nice technician!!! Highly recommend

Silver came out to fix some termite traps that had worked their way out of the ground because of frost over winter. He got them all back in quickly and reset some of the others that had been starting to pop up as well. His service was much appreciated. Thank you!

Chris was serving a neighbor across the street and he was informed by the neighbor that I would like to request his company's services. Chris came right over after he was done with my neighbor, and sprayed my yard to begin getting rid of the cockroaches and other bugs. He was professional and friendly and quick with his services.
