I love this company ! I don''t know where they pull their technicians from -but their technicians are amazing! I don't know if it's just coincidence that the people they hire are so kind and patient or if it's the companies training that creates such amazing employees? Whatever it is - keep doing it.

I have used Western a number of times now and usually Scott Carroll is my technician. He does a fabulous job and helped me with a horrible clover mite problem that was brought about by a house plant. He was always courteous, professional and thorough. I have used a lot of pest companies in the area and Western is my favorite by far.

Scott was fantastic. He was efficient and effective. He was also a fund of knowledge with regard to other issues brought to his attention that might be served by pest management.

Sterling is always a gentleman and he does a fantastic job of keeping my home free of unwanted pests
