Austin is very professional. He knocked on my door to let me know that he was at the property, clarified what he would be doing, and asked if there was anything else he need to know before he got started. He left a door hanger summarizing services performed at our HOA community. I would suggest Western to any friend or company.

Yesterday, Western Pest Control serviced my home and property. I was alerted by email the day before of the coming service. I emailed back asking if service could be completed in the morning which they accommodated. Glenn completed the service. Was prompt, very polite and accommodating. My Tech, Silver Beatty was super friendly, quick to respond and just all around a nice guy he took action as soon as he could to take care of the mouse I found in my kitchen. I am happy to hear I caught it quickly and that it won't take long to get the critter.

Jared is GREAT! I had a couple of mouse traps and he set them up for me. He is very accommodating. I had a small rug I couldn’t lift so he put on a high shelf so it was off the concrete. I appreciate him greatly!
