I called Western on Friday and they were able to send someone out on Monday! I initially just needed a quote for a one time spray around the outside of my home. Scott was on time (actually early, and called to make sure that was okay) super friendly & gave a reasonable price, so I was happy to have him go ahead and perform the service. Great customer service from beginning to end!

Alex did great today, especially when having to check our termite stations in a snow storm!

Silver Beatty the technician was great. Explained every program in depth and was very friendly. Still deciding whether yo take the service. Will check with another company but Silver was great.

My Tech, Silver Beatty was super friendly, quick to respond and just all around a nice guy he took action as soon as he could to take care of the mouse I found in my kitchen. I am happy to hear I caught it quickly and that it won't take long to get the critter.
